As part of our Dice Sales, Services, and Support team, you will generate revenue for the Commercial Accounts business, directly contributing to DHI's bottom line, while having the potential to overachieve on your book of business. About the role:
As Account Executive - Dice Small Business Commercial Accounts, you will own and manage your book of business by acquiring net new clients & inactive accounts for our Small Market Commercial Accounts segment who specialize in hiring technical professionals. You will have the opportunity to flex your selling skills as well as learn new skills along the way.

In the short term you will:
- Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and yearly targets set by leadership
- Create strategy to drive and sell new business
- Follow a consultative sales methodology to position all our products and services to help potential prospects & inactive accounts achieve their hiring goals
- Convert new business from leads driven by marketing, sales development, networking as well as through cold calling to exceed your quota goals
- Forecast expected monthly results accurately

What you bring to the team:
Required:
- Entrepreneurial, disciplined and results-driven, start-up mentality
- Experience hunting for new prospects and customers with an ability to sell solutions to customers
- Ability to work in a team atmosphere
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organization and time management skills
- Detail-oriented
- Strong knowledge Microsoft Office products and experience with a CRM system preferably Salesforce
- Energetic and self -motivated and show an ability to work independently
Preferred:
- Experience selling to technical recruitment teams inside commercial organizations is highly desirable
- SaaS sales experience is a plus
